You can have your own photo or requested paint and send it to us by email.
For painting from photo, if you want get a painting from your own photo please upload the photo, choose type and size, and make the payment.
Most orders will be delivered in 2-5 weeks depending on the complexity of the painting. Payment is secured during transaction. We also have a 30-days refund guarantee, to protect our customers.(The painting must be in its original condition. Shipping cost is non refundable.) Most of our paintings will not Sign, if you need any Signature please email us the detail. We are committed to protect your privacy. We do not sell or share our customer's information in any way.
After we have completed your hand painted portrait we will send you a photo of your painting by email, so you can review it and confirm, or ask for modifications. If you are satisfied with your painting then we will deliver it to you.
Our paintings are 100% hand made on canvas by skilled painters, no computers and other machines are used.
